Tavegyl

Is an antihistamine drug.

This medicine is supplied in ampoules of 2 ml. One ampoule contains an amount of clemastine fumarate equivalent to 2 mg of clemastine. Tavegyl 1 mg/ml solution for injection is registered under number RVG 06089.

Tavegyl 1 mg/ml solution for injection is a prescription medicine.

Tavegyl ampoules are meant for the treatment of very serious hypersensitivity reactions such as Quincke's edema and anaphylactic shock. It is also administered to prevent this type of reaction after using clear X-ray contrast agents.
